Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a Jr. HR Associate focused on Talent Acquisition, specifically seeking fresh graduates. The role is within a dynamic recruitment team at a rapidly expanding company. The successful candidate will be instrumental in building and refining the talent acquisition process, moving beyond traditional tasks to strategic thinking and execution. Responsibilities

• Lead prospecting and headhunting efforts, nurturing candidate relationships and building long-term talent pipelines.

• Take direct ownership of role coordination, ensuring involvement in progress, identifying blockers, and tracking outcomes for each open position, extending beyond basic scheduling.
• Conduct initial interviews and manage multiple assessment rounds for candidates.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to establish clear expectations for roles, gather feedback, and manage hiring timelines.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with management and team members, providing regular updates on recruitment progress.
