As an Apprentice Trainee within the Learning & Development (L&D) department, you will be instrumental in providing support to Learning Partners through active stakeholder engagement and skillful coordination of administrative functions. Responsibilities

  • Support Learning Partners in effectively managing communications with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organize and schedule training sessions, interactive workshops, and essential meetings.
  • Maintain and regularly update training calendars, meticulous attendance records, and comprehensive feedback forms.
  • Contribute to the preparation of high-quality training materials, engaging presentations, and detailed reports.

  • Manage logistical aspects for both virtual and in-person training events, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Offer administrative assistance for learning platforms and digital training tools.
