Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of data sets to identify key trends, patterns, and actionable insights aimed at optimizing Contact Center performance.
- Ensure that all reports and analytics are fully aligned with overarching business objectives and strategic direction.
- Proactively identify, compile, and document new reporting requirements gathered from internal stakeholders across the organization.
- Evaluate and recommend innovative reporting tools and technologies to further enhance analytical capabilities.
- Perform comprehensive business analysis and root cause analysis, presenting clear, data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain and automate existing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations utilizing Microsoft Office Suite or Google Sheets.
- Monitor operational challenges and collaborate closely with relevant teams to implement effective real-time solutions.
- Partner with Contact Center teams to facilitate informed decision-making through the provision of timely and accurate data.
- Share expertise and best practices throughout the team to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience Level: 0-1 year.
- Demonstrated strong numerical and analytical aptitude, with a proven ability to interpret data and identify relevant trends.
- Fundamental understanding of Contact Center operations, key performance metrics, and established workflows.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Sheets for data management and reporting tasks.
- Exceptional attention to detail, coupled with strong organizational, planning, and task prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills, enabling effective interaction with stakeholders.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving, characterized by a solution-oriented mindset.
