Job Description

We are currently accepting applications for the position of Process Associate, Content Moderation – Telugu.

We are seeking candidates with a robust work ethic and the capacity to collaborate effectively both independently and within a team-oriented setting. We value self-starters who are intellectually curious, creative, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Uphold quality standards by providing effective resolutions.
• Evaluate content and determine appropriate resolutions based on established guidelines.
• Identify trends and patterns, escalating issues in a timely manner.
• Offer insights to enhance user support.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of processes and policies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to our clientele.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Post-Graduate degree is advantageous).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in reading and writing in both English and Telugu is essential.
• Demonstrated effective probing, analytical, and comprehension skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric orientation.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekend shifts.
