Job Description
Interview Kickstart is seeking a dedicated and meticulous Talent Acquisition Intern to contribute to its instructor hiring initiatives. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to acquire practical experience in the full recruitment lifecycle, manage stakeholders, and develop talent sourcing skills within a dynamic and high-paced work environment. Responsibilities
- Screen resumes and identify suitable candidates based on specified job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between potential candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate information accurately within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Communicate effectively with candidates to ensure a positive and seamless interview experience.
- Assist the talent acquisition team in expediting the closure of open positions within established timeframes.
Qualifications
- Recent graduates from any academic discipline; candidates with technical backgrounds are preferred.
- Previous internship or experience in Human Resources or recruitment is considered a significant advantage.
