Responsibilities

  • As a Customer Success Advocate (CSA), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our existing clients by acting as their trusted advisor. Your primary focus will be driving platform usage and adoption within your assigned customer portfolio. Key responsibilities encompass training, account management, renewal processes, and identifying Customer Success Qualified Leads (CSQLs) to fuel business growth.
  • Leveraging your expertise, you will optimize customer utilization of the Litmos platform, maximizing its value and ensuring continuous growth and retention within your portfolio through proactive management of the renewal process for each account.
  • This role demands a genuine passion for customer interaction, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Furthermore, a strong desire for continuous learning and a willingness to actively participate in our ongoing learning initiatives are essential. Specific responsibilities include:
  • * Execute and meticulously monitor customer health and adoption metrics throughout their lifecycle, from onboarding and training to ongoing usage and long-term relationship building.
  • * Efficiently coordinate all customer onboarding activities.
  • * Meticulously track and document progress, results, and action plans, escalating issues as needed.
  • * Proactively track, triage, and communicate customer issues to relevant internal stakeholders.
  • * Ensure the retention of existing clients within your designated portfolio.
  • * Identify and pursue expansion opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • * Streamline and facilitate the renewal process for accounts within your portfolio.

Education Qualification

  • Minimum of 1 year of professional work experience.
  • Proven experience in account management or sales.

Skills

  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strong training and facilitation skills, with a proven ability to effectively deliver training programs.
  • High level of customer empathy and the ability to build strong rapport with clients.
  • Highly personable, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and with minimal supervision.
  • A rapid learner who can quickly adapt to changing priorities and new technologies.
