Job Description

The Environment, Social, and Corporate Governance (ESG) team within LSEG is tasked with delivering crucial financial and non-financial data for global companies, aiding clients in assessing long-term performance and risk profiles. As an Associate Content Analyst, your primary role will involve in-depth research into company-related documents to gather Environmental and Social data. You will be instrumental in fulfilling strategic objectives set for the ESG team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality data and contributing to client satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Administer databases and source exchange and contributed data.
• Deliver data with high productivity and quality, meeting expected performance standards.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of collection policies, procedures, and market developments impacting data collection.
• Support projects with a focus on data content.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, timeliness, and completeness within the team.
• Resolve client queries promptly and with high-quality responses, ensuring customer satisfaction and making quick, independent decisions.
• Continuously seek ways to enhance data quality, reduce service requests, and achieve service targets.
• Suggest improvements for collection tools and internal processes, proposing both permanent fixes and ongoing actions to prevent client queries.
• Undertake special projects or specialized tasks related to the ESG dataset as per strategic plans.
• Collaborate effectively with global teams and data providers to deliver high-quality data to clients.
• Foster a positive and learning work environment.
• Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve data-related issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in researching company websites and filings to understand reports and accurately identify data for capture.
