JOB DESCRIPTION:
Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) has released a vacancy notice for the engagement of Labour Welfare Superintendent in the Labour Welfare Department on a contract basis. A total of 9 vacancies are available for eligible candidates. The engagement will initially be for six months and may be extended on a six-monthly basis until the regular recruitment of Labour Welfare Superintendent through DSSSB, whichever is earlier.
This recruitment is suitable for candidates with a graduation degree along with a postgraduate degree/diploma in Social Work, Labour Welfare, Industrial Relations, Personnel Management or an allied subject.

Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess:
A Graduation Degree from a recognized university or equivalent.
A Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in any of the following:
Social Work
Labour Welfare
Industrial Relations
Personnel Management
Any other allied subject from a recognized University/Institution or equivalent.
Desirable Qualifications
Education Required:
Degree in Law from a recognized university or equivalent.
Experience in a responsible capacity in Labour Welfare, Industrial Relations, Personnel Management and/or allied fields.These eligibility conditions are specified in the vacancy notice.

The maximum age limit is 30 years.
