Responsibilities

• Develop and implement survey questionnaires utilizing specialized platforms such as QMob and Tivian.
• Leverage a comprehensive understanding of survey methodology best practices to advise commercial teams on optimal survey design, conduct thorough testing, and ensure rigorous quality control.
• Perform data extraction and validation procedures to guarantee accuracy and reliability.
• Compile and tabulate survey results in a format suitable for in-depth analysis by project consultants.
• Generate and deliver comprehensive codebooks and raw data files to analysts, enabling the creation of insightful reports upon completion of fieldwork.
• Maintain adherence to established scripting processes and methodologies, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing necessary updates.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, or Econometrics; comparable academic backgrounds will also be duly considered.
• Professional proficiency in English, demonstrated by a minimum B2 level certification.
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience in data manipulation techniques.
• The ability to effectively write, read, comprehend, reason, and perform fundamental mathematical calculations and data analysis.
• Familiarity with MS Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and macros, is highly recommended.
• Previous experience or familiarity with coding languages such as HTML, SQL, or C# is considered a significant advantage.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish is viewed as a valuable asset.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality control.
• A proactive approach to identifying and implementing new and more efficient methods to enhance processes, elevate standards, minimize errors, and address omissions.
• A proactive and optimistic attitude, with a willingness to actively contribute to the achievement of team goals and objectives.
