Pocket FM is seeking an AI Adaptation Editor to join their innovative team. The editor will play a crucial part in utilizing and developing AI-assisted solutions to enhance story craft, narrative structure, and cultural relevance in adapting long-form fiction at scale. The position involves close collaboration with AI Research teams and American content, programming, and editorial departments to analyze fictional narratives and elevate writing quality.

Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying potential hit content, similar to ‘Instamillionaire’, ‘My Vampire System’, ‘The Return’, and ‘Jack’s Retribution’.
- Collaborate closely with Content and Technology teams, utilizing internal AI tools for show adaptation and quality assessment.

- Function as a Script Supervisor or Continuity Supervisor.
Qualifications
- Experience with fictional content, TV shows, books, or similar media is preferred.
- Completion of a Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Demonstrated interest in creative writing, literature, and fiction.
- Advanced proficiency in English grammar and punctuation.
- A strong aptitude for editing and proofreading, coupled with writing talent.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team, possessing excellent communication skills.
- Keen interest in American pop culture, movies, and TV shows.
- Capacity to write in diverse formats and styles for various audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint).
