Job Description

REAX Technology Platforms Private Limited is seeking a highly motivated Business Operations Analyst to join our Wallet team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing the daily operations of the Real Wallet program. Key responsibilities include performing daily operational tasks, ensuring data integrity across various systems, collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve operational challenges, and proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation. This role necessitates prior experience in an operations-intensive position, ideally within the fintech sector. Demonstrated expertise in spreadsheet applications such as Excel or Google Sheets is essential. We are seeking a proactive individual with exceptional attention to detail and robust communication skills. Familiarity with SQL, Python, or data visualization tools such as Tableau is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Execute and maintain oversight of daily operational workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to the Real Wallet program, ensuring accurate and timely completion of all tasks.
• Perform various manual operational tasks, including report updates, data reconciliation across multiple systems, and the management of data transfers to uphold system integrity.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for maintaining data alignment across diverse systems, identifying discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions as defined in SOPs.
• Contribute to the upkeep of current program reports and dashboards.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams, including product, engineering, finance, and support, to address operational issues and facilitate seamless workflow processes.
• Proactively identify and escalate potential issues or opportunities for enhancement within existing processes.
• Comfortably collaborate with a manager located in the USA, maintaining transparent and timely communication across time zones and ensuring effective alignment through overlapping working hours.
• Contribute to the documentation and refinement of existing SOPs to enhance clarity and efficiency.
• Investigate and implement automation scripts or tools to minimize manual effort associated with repetitive tasks over time.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as finance, business, engineering, or another quantitative field.
• One to three years of experience in an operations-intensive role, preferably within the financial services, fintech, or payments sectors.
