Job Description
Recruit CRM is seeking competitive, innovative, and driven recent graduates to join its Customer Success Team as Customer Success Associates. This role begins with a comprehensive 6-month traineeship program, after which successful candidates may be offered a full-time position. The associate will collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to translate user insights into valuable product enhancements and solutions. The position emphasizes building and nurturing client relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery while gaining a deep understanding of both the Recruit CRM platform and the recruitment industry. Upon successful completion of the traineeship and based on performance, candidates may be offered a full-time position as a Customer Success Associate with a Cost to Company (CTC) of INR 8,00,000, which includes a base salary and yearly performance pay distributed quarterly.
During the initial 6-month training, the primary shift is the Europe shift (12:00 pm – 10:00 pm IST, Monday – Friday). As a full-time employee, you will transition to one of five core work shifts based on requirement and availability, including Europe, Asia Pacific, Half North America, Full North America, and Middle East.
Recruit CRM seeks competitive, innovative, and driven individuals who are patient, comfortable explaining things to international clients, curious about software, eager to learn and adapt, and possess a proactive and innovative mindset.
The selection process is entirely online and virtual, involving an Online Aptitude & English Test, an Assignment Round, and 2-3 rounds of Virtual Interviews designed to assess analytical thinking, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
Other Information
The role is fully remote, allowing work from anywhere. Employees are eligible for a sponsored Learning and Development Program and annual international company retreats. An ARR-Linked Performance Bonus is available after one year of employment, subject to management discretion. Candidates will be evaluated during training on application knowledge, communication, learning attitude, problem-solving, consistency/commitment, and integrity.
