The SAP Adoption Services Centre (ASC) delivers complete support services for every stage of our customers’ software lifecycle, from initial implementation and ongoing operations to upgrades, continuous improvement initiatives, quality assurance protocols, issue resolution strategies, and knowledge transfer programs. Support specialists elucidate the core methodologies underpinning Solution Support and demonstrate how SAP holistically engages with clients. This involves a thorough understanding of the customer’s end-to-end solution landscape, their fundamental business processes, system architecture, and process automation capabilities. Our overarching objective is to empower customers to realize the full potential of their SAP solutions with optimized Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and effectively mitigate technical risks throughout solution implementation and operational phases.

Job Description

SAP BTP Delivery@Scale operates as a global offshore unit within the SAP Adoption Services Centre. Our mission is to provide comprehensive SAP Services that deliver significant value and tangible results for our clientele. We champion the adoption of BTP at scale through automated, innovative, and outcome-oriented services, leveraging our next-generation workforce and ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and implement knowledge of SAP BTP services, including SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP), SAPUI5, SAP Fiori, ABAP, integration services, Data Management, Cybersecurity, and AI & Data Science.
• Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of cloud-native applications utilizing SAP BTP tools and frameworks.
• Provide support to senior consultants and project teams in solution development, configuration activities, and deployment processes.
• Actively participate in code reviews, testing procedures, debugging efforts, and comprehensive application documentation.
• Commit to continuous learning through practical, hands-on experience, mentorship opportunities, and structured training programs.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams composed of functional consultants, solution architects, and client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or BE/Btech/Mtech degree preferably Computer science, IT, Electricals, Electronics and instrumentation.
• 0–1 years of professional experience in software development.
• Fundamental understanding of programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, or Python.
• Proficiency in programming fundamentals, including object-oriented programming (OOP) principles, data structures, and algorithm design.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, REST APIs, and web development practices is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• A proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
• A strong desire to learn and actively seek new knowledge and skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to feedback, evolving requirements, and new challenges.
