Responsibilities

  • We seek a highly motivated Sales Operations Intern eager to contribute and learn within a dynamic and fast-paced sales environment. Working closely with the experienced Sales Operations team, the intern will play a key role in streamlining our processes. Responsibilities will include comprehensive documentation of sales processes, tools, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure clear and efficient workflows. The intern will maintain and update crucial cross-functional weekly data drawn from our database, validating sales contracts for accurate reporting and maintaining the cleanliness and accuracy of prospect and customer data within our HubSpot CRM system. This role will also involve responding to ad-hoc requests from the Go-To-Market (GTM) team and conducting competitor analysis and market research to support ongoing projects. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience and contribute meaningfully to a successful organization.
