Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales teams, leveraging your technical expertise to effectively communicate the value proposition of our Kubernetes cost optimization platform to potential clients.
  • Deliver engaging and informative product demonstrations, translating complex technical concepts into easily understandable terms for diverse audiences, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver customized presentations tailored to the specific needs and priorities of each client, highlighting the unique benefits of CAST AI's solution.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of client technical requirements, propose tailored solutions, and collaborate effectively with internal technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and customization.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of current market trends, competitor offerings, and evolving customer needs to ensure our solutions remain competitive and relevant.
  • Represent CAST AI at industry conferences and trade shows, actively networking with potential clients and gathering valuable market intelligence to inform product development and sales strategies. This includes building and maintaining strong relationships with key industry players.

Education Qualification

  • Demonstrated success as a Sales Engineer in the cloud computing, AI, or a related high-tech field. A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships is essential.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
  • Profound understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure), Kubernetes architecture, and AI/ML concepts. Experience working with container orchestration systems is highly desired.
  • A consistent history of exceeding sales goals and building strong, lasting client relationships. Providing examples of successful sales engagements will be beneficial during the interview process.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities. The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team is crucial.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, Bash, Powershell, or similar) is required. Experience with other programming languages is a plus.
