Responsibilities
Education Qualification
- Bachelor's or advanced (Master's or higher) degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Operations Research, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Solid understanding of retail banking/small business/consumer finance products and their lifecycles (sales, underwriting, portfolio management, marketing, collections, etc.).
- 0-2 years of experience in quantitative analysis and statistical modeling for credit risk, marketing, or portfolio strategy within retail banking/small business/consumer finance.
- Proficient in SAS (preferred) or a similar statistical programming language; strong analytical skills and understanding of quantitative and statistical analysis.
- Experience in data mining and identifying data patterns.
- Scorecard development experience is a plus.
- Experience interacting with business units and exposure to international markets is beneficial.
