Responsibilities
- Software Support Engineer: This role involves developing and testing software components based on established functional requirements and detailed low-level designs. Responsibilities also include writing and optimizing database queries, executing CRUD operations, and implementing stored procedures. The successful candidate will be expected to conduct both manual and automated testing procedures, effectively troubleshoot issues, and resolve service tickets in a timely manner.

Core responsibilities include writing and testing database queries and stored procedures, executing predefined test cases, and diagnosing and resolving service tickets according to established operational procedures. The Application Support Engineer will ensure that software functionality consistently aligns with both business requirements and low-level design specifications.
- Technical Support Specialist: This role requires providing first-level technical support to end-users, logging and tracking IT-related issues, and ensuring that solutions are provided in a timely and efficient manner. Responsibilities include diagnosing hardware and software problems, collaborating with various IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues, and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of common problems and solutions. The Technical Support Specialist will also contribute to enhancing self-service options through the creation of detailed documentation and easily accessible problem-solving resources.
