Job Description
Sutherland is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Associates. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients’ customers. The ideal candidate will possess either prior experience in an international voice process or demonstrate excellent communication skills.
This position requires flexibility, as it involves working in 24/7 rotational shifts, including rotational week offs. The role encompasses a blend of both inbound voice and non-voice support, with a primary focus on voice interactions.
