Responsibilities
- Handle inbound requests through calls, chats, or emails following defined SOP.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution.
- Take ownership of student concerns and ensure closure within the given TAT (Turnaround Time).
- Maintain a polished, professional, and enthusiastic demeanor while interacting with students.
- Follow up on unresolved queries and ensure end-to-end grievance resolution.
- Adapt and adjust to evolving SOP requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 6 months – 2 years (Freshers with excellent communication skills will be considered).
