Job Description
This is a 1-year Graduate Apprentice Trainee position offered under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) in collaboration with the Government of India. This program provides recent graduates with practical, hands-on On-the-Job-Training (OJT) to facilitate their transition from an academic environment to a professional setting. Trainees will gain valuable experience working with qualified training managers, learn the latest applications, processes, and methodologies in their respective fields, and develop essential soft skills, work culture, ethics, and organizational behavior. The program is designed to enhance skillsets and upgrade professional capabilities. While a stipend is provided during the training, there is no guarantee of employment upon completion.
