Responsibilities
- Leveraging data research skills to interpret business challenges and data requirements into straightforward analyses and actionable recommendations.
- Generating both standard and customized reports, as well as conducting ad hoc analyses, to inform and support strategic recommendations.
- Providing regular updates to project logs, contributing to monthly budget forecasts, and participating in the creation of monthly newsletters and operational reviews.
- Engaging in project activities, including assisting the systems support group with various aspects of design, programming, research, testing, and implementation.
- Aiding in the identification and resolution of production and issuance-related issues.
- Contributing to the development of departmental and divisional procedures, policies, and controls aimed at maintaining process accuracy and efficiency, while mitigating the risk of errors in production and issuance outputs.
- Participating in data and business research projects, conducting secondary research testing, and pursuing results-oriented intelligence gathering.
- Receiving guidance from supervisors, exercising independent judgment, and collaborating effectively with technology and other business units.
- Working collaboratively with consultants or program managers on various project tasks, including project design, data collection and research, report preparation, and presentation design.

- A minimum of six months of demonstrated analytics experience, or equivalent experience gained through a combination of work experience, training programs, military service, or formal education.
