Job Description

Responsibilities

• Employ data research techniques to interpret business challenges and data requirements, converting them into straightforward analyses and actionable recommendations.
• Generate both standardized and customized reports, as well as conduct ad hoc analyses, to support informed recommendations and strategic initiatives.
• Provide regular updates to project logs, manage monthly budget forecasts, and actively contribute to the creation of monthly newsletters and operational reviews.
• Engage in project activities, including assisting the systems support group with various aspects of system design, programming, data research, testing, and implementation.
• Provide support in identifying and resolving production or issuance related issues.
• Contribute to the development of departmental and divisional procedures, policies, and controls aimed at ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of processes while minimizing the risk of errors in production and issuance outputs.
• Participate in data and business research projects, conduct secondary research testing, and contribute to results-oriented intelligence gathering.
• Receive guidance from a supervisor, exercise independent judgment within established guidelines, and collaborate effectively with technology teams and other business units.
• Collaborate with consultants or program managers on various project-related tasks, including project design, data collection and research, report preparation, and presentation development.

Qualifications

• A minimum of six months of experience in analytics, or equivalent proficiency demonstrated through a combination of work experience, formal training, military service, or academic education.
