Responsibilities
- Leverage data research expertise to interpret business challenges and data requirements, translating them into straightforward analyses and actionable recommendations.
- Generate both standardized and customized reports, as well as conduct ad hoc analyses, to facilitate data-driven recommendations and informed decision-making.
- Maintain project logs, contribute to monthly budget forecasts, and participate in the creation of monthly newsletters and operational reviews.
- Contribute to various projects, providing support to the systems support group in areas such as design, programming, research, testing, and implementation.
- Provide assistance in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to production or issuance processes.
- Contribute to the development of departmental and divisional procedures, policies, and controls aimed at ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of processes while minimizing the risk of errors in production and issuance outputs.
- Engage in data and business research initiatives, including secondary research testing and results-oriented intelligence gathering.
- Receive guidance from supervisors, exercise independent judgment, and collaborate effectively with technology and other business units.
- Collaborate with consultants and program managers on diverse project tasks, encompassing project design, data collection and research, report preparation, and presentation design.
Qualifications
- A minimum of six months of experience in Analytics, or an equivalent level of proficiency demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or formal education.
