Job Description

Wipro's Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP) is a unique opportunity for BCA and B.Sc. students. This program allows participants to build their careers at Wipro while simultaneously pursuing an M.Tech degree from a top Indian educational institution, with Wipro sponsoring their education. This integrates practical work experience with advanced academic studies, providing a strong foundation for a successful career.

Responsibilities

• Candidates must adhere to the following criteria: Open school or distance education is permitted only for 10th and 12th-grade education. A maximum of one backlog is allowed at the time of the online assessment; however, all backlogs must be cleared by the end of the 6th semester. Core Mathematics is a mandatory subject during graduation; Business Mathematics and Applied Mathematics will not be considered as Core Mathematics. A maximum three-year gap in education is permissible (between 10th grade and the commencement of graduation), but no gaps are allowed during the graduation period; graduation must be completed within three years from its start date. Applicants must be Indian citizens or possess a PIO or OCI card if holding a passport from another country. Bhutanese and Nepali nationals must provide their citizenship certificates. Candidates must have completed a three-month cooling-off period before being invited for the testing process. Applicants must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• Selection Process:
• The selection process consists of three rounds:
• Round 1: Online Assessment (80 minutes total)
• This assessment is comprised of four sections:
• Verbal (20 minutes, 20 questions)
• Analytical (20 minutes, 20 questions)
• Quantitative (20 minutes, 20 questions)
• Written Communication Test (20 minutes)
• Round 2: Business Discussion
• Round 3: HR Discussion
• Service Agreement:
• A 60-month service agreement is required. Please note that a pro-rata portion of the joining bonus must be repaid if you leave the organization before the 60-month period is complete.

Education Qualification

• Minimum Qualifications:
• 10th Standard: Pass
• 12th Standard: Pass
• Graduation: 60% or 6.0 CGPA or higher, as applicable per university guidelines.
• Eligible Bachelor's Degrees: Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) and Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, or Physics.
