Job Description
KLDiscovery, a leading global provider of electronic discovery, information governance, and data recovery services, is seeking a remote Recruiting and Staffing Associate for a vital new role. This position is integral to the day-to-day operations of the Managed Review department. The primary responsibilities focus on ensuring seamless project launches, resolving administrative issues during active projects, and facilitating efficient communication and handoffs between the Managed Review team and Human Resources. This is a remote, work-from-home opportunity. Compensation for candidates based in India will be determined according to the local competitive market rate.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support to the Recruiting and Staffing team, contributing to smooth project launches and fostering positive experiences for both clients and employees.
- Implement and maintain established processes and procedures to ensure the thorough and effective onboarding of all new hires.
- Collaborate closely with Recruiting and Staffing Specialists to guarantee the timely and accurate posting of job openings across various job boards, as needed for all project locations.
- Confirm that all new project hires have completed all necessary onboarding paperwork before their official start date. This may involve occasional evening and weekend work, depending on project timelines.
- Cultivate relationships with universities and college career advisors to build a robust pipeline of recent graduates for both non-attorney and entry-level attorney positions.
- Assist recruiters in verifying the availability of veteran candidates for upcoming projects.
- Manage administrative tasks related to the employment needs of document reviewers throughout the entire project lifecycle (pre-project, during the project, and post-project).
- Guarantee that all documentation required by the Human Resources team is accurately completed and submitted, adhering to all established deadlines.
Education Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience will be considered.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word is required.
