Job Description

Must-Have Skills: Expert proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or comparable platforms. A strong foundation in interaction design principles, emphasizing the creation of engaging and intuitive user experiences. Proven experience in crafting compelling data narratives and transforming complex datasets into easily understood visual representations. Working knowledge of human-computer interaction (HCI) principles, ensuring designs are user-friendly and effective. Familiarity with major cloud computing platforms including Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure, and Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Good-to-Have Skills: Experience designing and implementing data pipelines for efficient data flow and processing. Proven ability to collaborate effectively within an Agile development environment, contributing to iterative development cycles. Understanding of MLOps (Machine Learning Operations) practices, including deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of machine learning models integrated into visualizations. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating seamless collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Job Summary: As an I&F Decision Science Visualization Analyst at Accenture, you will be instrumental in designing and developing high-impact data visualization and interaction design solutions. You will leverage your expertise in human-computer interaction, data storytelling, and user-centered design methodologies to translate intricate business needs into clear, actionable insights presented through visually engaging dashboards and reports. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and engineers, to deliver customized solutions that directly improve decision-making processes and contribute to achieving key business objectives. Your role will significantly contribute to the success of our clients within the Consumer Goods and Services (CG&S) sector.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with CG&S clients and key stakeholders to thoroughly understand their specific business requirements and user needs, ensuring alignment between visualization design and organizational goals. Translate complex business needs and user requirements into effective user journeys, incorporating impactful visualizations and intuitive interaction designs. Develop and implement data visualizations and interactive dashboards to clearly and concisely communicate crucial findings to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Work collaboratively with data scientists, analysts, and software engineers to seamlessly integrate your visualizations into data-driven applications and products, creating a cohesive user experience. Actively pursue professional development opportunities to remain abreast of the latest advancements and innovative tools within the ever-evolving field of data visualization.

Education Qualification

• Minimum 1-3 years of professional experience in data visualization, interaction design, or related fields. Prior experience working within the Consumer Goods and Services (CG&S) industry is highly valued but not mandatory.
• Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Equivalent qualifications with demonstrable relevant experience will also be considered.

Skills

• Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar applications. Demonstrated ability to design effective user interfaces and create compelling data narratives. A solid understanding of human-computer interaction principles and their application in data visualization. Experience working with cloud-based environments such as GCP, Azure, or AWS.
