●On behalf of our clients, make outgoing calls every day to verify references, employment, and education provided by job seekers;
Examine and fulfilll our clients’ requirements for verification;
Determine the next actions for information verification through research;
Respond to incoming inquiries on a multi-line phone system for the Verifications Department; Look up information online to confirm job hopefuls’ employment and educational claims;
On behalf of our clients, send emails to companies, educational institutions, and professional associations to confirm information provided by job seekers;
To evaluate a job applicant’s prior employment history, interview professional references;
fulfilll team requirements for accuracy and productivity;
File triage, mass texting and emailing, group mailbox monitoring, and other administrative tasks pertaining to the Verifications team.
