Responsibilities

• Prioritize daily tasks effectively to ensure timely file delivery and prompt issue resolution.
• Manage service requests through a queue-based system, coordinating effectively with multiple internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Collaborate closely with team members, data vendors, and external partners to schedule tasks, manage project priorities, and consistently meet established deadlines for order fulfillment.
• Execute back-end data imports of constituent records and predictive modeling scores into Blackbaud’s ResearchPoint software platform for existing analytics production clients.
• Thoroughly examine incoming import files prior to initiating the import process to verify that identification formats align with the existing record identification formats within the database.
• Troubleshoot and resolve import-related errors within the ResearchPoint environment, including utilizing Query functionality to investigate specific identification discrepancies.
• Employ pre-programmed Python scripts to effectively address data anomalies and inconsistencies within import files.

Qualifications

• Prior knowledge of analytics or service-oriented organizations is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in data importing procedures and data exception analysis.
• Familiarity with Python scripting is considered a significant advantage.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment characterized by short turnaround times.
• Proven ability to independently manage workload by effectively prioritizing tasks from a queue based on defined delivery schedules.
• Proactively identify and address the evolving needs of internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrated experience in cultivating positive internal customer relationships, even under challenging circumstances.
• Proficiently utilize existing systems and processes to effectively measure, monitor, manage, and optimize performance outcomes.
