Job Description

As a Technical Analyst, you will assume a vital role in the identification, investigation, and resolution of technical challenges associated with the GroundTruth platform, its products, and digital advertising campaigns. You will collaborate closely with both internal teams and external partners to facilitate a comprehensive understanding and effective communication of business challenges and solutions across diverse revenue streams. Moreover, you will work in conjunction with the Ad Operations, Product, and Engineering departments to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Implement proactive monitoring of systems and campaign data to identify, investigate, and resolve any anomalies that may arise.
• Design and thoroughly document processes aimed at proactively identifying recurring issues before they escalate and impact stakeholders.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents to identify underlying systemic issues and drive the implementation of cross-functional solutions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to provide enhanced visibility and diagnostic capabilities.
• Lead or contribute actively to AI and automation initiatives, leveraging tools such as Large Language Models (LLMs) or Generative AI (GenAI) systems to minimize manual effort and improve overall reliability.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to gather detailed technical and business requirements and translate them into scalable and sustainable solutions.
• Participate in, and occasionally lead, after-action reviews to foster a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
• Cultivate strong relationships across the organization by actively listening to colleagues and providing data-driven insights to inform decision-making.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency in SQL (Intermediate to Advanced level).
• Working knowledge of Python (Intermediate level preferred).
• Solid understanding of HTML, front-end troubleshooting techniques, and browser developer tools.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools, such as Looker, Tableau, Grafana, and New Relic.
• Exposure to AI-related projects or tools; experience implementing automation using AI is a significant advantage.
• Proven ability to analyze large and complex datasets, identify meaningful patterns, and synthesize them into actionable insights.
• Strong understanding of statistical concepts and analytical frameworks.
• Experience in reading and debugging application code is considered a plus.
