About the Role
We are looking for detail-oriented Associate Theft Investigators to review video footage from self-service stores and spot potential theft incidents. This position blends analytical abilities with close attention to detail to advance our mission of reducing retail losses.

What you will do

Perform a detailed review of surveillance footage to detect and record theft incidents
Categorize and analyze events in video feeds in line with established guidelines
Handle theft reports and keep documentation accurate
Work together with team members via internal communication channels
Offer customer support and handle operational tasks when required
Update and upkeep theft tracking systems

Compensation
Performance-based pay: averages $60/week once fully ramped up (starting around $32/week), with top performers earning as much as $80/week.Must be able to
Take part in the 2-day self-paced training programComplete the 2-week nesting period successfully
Agree to work at least 30 hours per week, preferably 40.
