JOB DESCRIPTION:
- This is our primary tele-calling position, and we are recruiting in large numbers. You work from home using your smartphone, and your day is spent talking with people: reaching out to leads, learning what they require, identifying the strong prospects, and following up so nothing gets missed. We recruit in multiple languages and are particularly looking for Telugu speakers, as well as Hindi and English. The pay is fixed with incentives added on top, so the more connections you make, the more you can earn.

Call leads from a daily list and hold natural, helpful conversations.
Understand what each person needs and qualify the strong leads.
Follow up on time so that no good lead goes cold.
Keep clear, simple notes on every call.
Handle questions and objections with patience and a smile.
Speak in the language the caller is most comfortable with.

Education Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required;
- any graduation

What we’re seeking
Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, or English. We particularly welcome Telugu speakers.
A phone manner that is clear and warm.
You’re a good listener and remain calm when things get stressful.
Dependable and able to motivate yourself while working from home.
A smartphone with a reliable internet connection.
Good to have
Additional regional languages besides Telugu, Hindi, and English.
Some background in tele-calling, sales, or support.
Comfortable using a basic CRM or a notes app.
