Job Description
Volopay is seeking a motivated, driven, and skilled individual to contribute to solving tangible customer and business challenges within a rapidly expanding Southeast Asian fintech environment. As a Backend Developer Intern, you will participate in the development of the technological foundation powering our product suite. Your responsibilities will include developing and deploying code components, collaborating with members of the Product Team, and ensuring product reliability and quality through adherence to agile methodologies.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively with frontend developers and other team members to define project objectives and architect functional, cohesive code that enhances the overall user experience.
- Provide timely resolution of technical issues as they arise.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to manage daily operational issues and address user inquiries efficiently.
- Troubleshoot interface software and debug application code to ensure optimal performance and stability.

Qualifications
- 0-1 year of relevant experience.
- Availability for a 6-month in-office internship.

- Proficiency in at least one JavaScript web framework.
- Exceptional analytical and logical reasoning skills.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple milestones and projects concurrently.
- Experience with various operating systems, including Windows, Mac OS, and Linux.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
