Job Description
Our Customer Support Team serves as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exemplary front-line support to millions of users worldwide. Additionally, the team acts as internal advocates for our customers, collaborating with product development teams to ensure that user needs and perspectives are central to every aspect of Revolut’s operations.
We are seeking exceptional customer support professionals to join us as Support Specialists. This role extends beyond routine task completion and rapid response times; it is about consistently delivering exceptional service and creating memorable “WOW” experiences for our diverse global customer base. Responsibilities
- Applying established procedures to thoroughly investigate and effectively resolve customer issues, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Independently addressing frequently asked questions (FAQs) and providing basic troubleshooting support, escalating complex cases as needed.
- Delivering efficient and high-quality support for both routine and less common customer inquiries.
- Systematically gathering relevant information to facilitate comprehensive investigations.
- Performing root cause analysis (RCA) using predefined methodologies to ensure accurate and reliable outcomes.
- Consistently meeting or exceeding established service level agreements (SLAs) while maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Providing support for core product functionalities and assisting customers with fundamental product-related inquiries.
- Communicating clearly and concisely to ensure a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience handling chargebacks within a customer support, payment operations, or financial services environment.
- A solid understanding of standard investigation and root cause analysis (RCA) procedures.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, characterized by clarity and conciseness.
- A meticulous attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive and complex issues with accuracy and discretion.
