Role Overview

The primary objective of this role is to design, rigorously test, and diligently maintain software programs intended for deployment on client operating systems or applications. A key responsibility is ensuring that these programs consistently meet stringent quality assurance standards, adhering to 100% compliance.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in comprehending the product/software requirements and design specifications.
• Develop robust software solutions through careful analysis of information needs, system workflows, data utilization, and work processes.
• Thoroughly investigate problem areas throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Facilitate comprehensive root cause analysis to effectively address system issues and problem statements.
• Propose innovative ideas to enhance system performance and optimize availability.
• Analyze client requirements in detail and translate them into viable and practical designs.
• Collaborate effectively with functional teams and system analysts to conduct in-depth investigations into software requirements.
• Consult with project managers to acquire detailed information regarding software capabilities and functionalities.
• Execute coding tasks and ensure the development of optimal software modules.
• Determine operational feasibility by thoroughly evaluating analysis outcomes, problem definitions, software development processes, and proposed software solutions.
• Develop and automate software validation processes by designing and implementing comprehensive test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
• Modify software to rectify errors, adapt to new hardware configurations, enhance performance characteristics, and upgrade interfaces.
• Analyze available information to recommend and plan the installation of new systems or the modification of existing systems.
• Ensure code is free of errors, bugs, and test failures through rigorous testing and quality control procedures.
• Prepare detailed reports outlining programming project specifications, activities, and progress status.
• Adhere to established project, program, and account norms when raising codes, including clear descriptions and replication patterns.
• Compile timely, comprehensive, and accurate documentation and reports as required.
• Coordinate with the team on daily project status, track progress, and document findings meticulously.
• Provide constructive feedback on usability and serviceability, trace results to quality risks, and report findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Capture all client requirements and clarifications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Solicit regular feedback from clients to facilitate smooth and timely project delivery.
• Participate in continuing education and training programs to stay current with best practices, acquire proficiency in new programming languages, and provide enhanced support to team members.
• Consult with engineering staff to evaluate software-hardware interfaces and develop detailed specifications and performance requirements.
• Document and demonstrate solutions effectively by creating comprehensive documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear, concise code.
• Document all necessary details and reports in a formal manner to ensure clear understanding of the software, from client proposal to implementation.
• Maintain high-quality interactions with customers through professional email content, diligent fault report tracking, clear voice communication, and adherence to business etiquette.
• Provide timely responses to customer requests and ensure the absence of internal or external complaints.
