Job Description
This is a temporary, contract-based position.
Become a part of Amazon’s Benefits Experience & Technology Team (BXT) and contribute to enhancing the experience for all Amazon employees. The BXT My HR Benefits Team is dedicated to providing accurate, consistent, and timely benefits support to Amazonians through various channels, including phone, My HR Case, and My HR Chat. Our primary goal is to connect employees with information and resources that may not be readily available through self-service options, as well as to identify and escalate process defects to the appropriate resolution teams for prompt action.
We are currently recruiting a Benefits Administrator to join our dynamic Benefits Center team.
As a Benefits Administrator, you will serve as a subject matter expert, specializing in a wide range of benefits programs, including health and welfare, supplemental life benefits (life insurance, additional Amazon-sponsored benefits), retirement plans, and stock options. You will be responsible for directly assisting internal customers (employees) by providing expert guidance and support. Possessing a high level of specialized knowledge in these areas, you will demonstrate ownership by ensuring that all benefit inquiries are resolved effectively during the initial contact. When necessary, unresolved inquiries will be escalated to our Tier 2 team in a timely and efficient manner.

- Must possess schedule flexibility to support a 24×7 operational environment.
- Must have a reliable internet connection with a speed range of 50-100 Mbps prior to the start date.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is required.
