Responsibilities
- Developing mission-critical applications across different platforms.
- Ensuring timely delivery of high-quality overall solutions that meet business requirements.
- Collaborating with Developers, Leads, Architects, and Delivery Managers.
- Keeping the application up-to-date by working with IT to test and apply patches and upgrades.
- Learning new processes and multiple technologies.
- Contributing to the definition of team processes and standards.
Qualifications
- BE/BTech degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Hands-on coding ability and troubleshooting/fixing Java web applications.
- Strong technical understanding and hands-on experience with open-source monitoring toolsets.
- Exposure to an agile environment.
- Strong analytical and debugging skills.
- Experience in the technical delivery of complex projects end-to-end within a matrix-managed structure.
- Experience developing and designing Enterprise Application development projects.
- Ability to be a self-starter who can lead by setting up prototypes for vendor technical teams.
- In-depth understanding of Telecom product offerings.
- Proficiency in Java/Java EE.
- Experience with Hibernate.
- Familiarity with Linux commands.
- Basic understanding of Spring.
- Experience with Restful services.
- Experience with MySql or any other database.
- Optional technical skills include Javascript, Angular 2/4/5/6, Druid/Kafka.
- Training exposure with large Telco service providers is a plus.
- Experience working with geographically dispersed teams is a plus.
