micro1 is seeking a remote Gameplay Data Capture Specialist to join their client’s team, contributing to the development of AAA game experiences. In this contract role, you will play, record, and meticulously process gameplay data using proprietary tools. This position is ideal for passionate gamers with technical aptitude and strong communication skills who are eager to collaborate and produce high-quality gaming data.

Key Responsibilities

• Systematically capture gameplay data by playing a variety of top-tier AAA games using proprietary in-house tools.
• Record, organize, and accurately annotate game sessions with a high degree of precision.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow experts and team leads, providing constructive feedback and status updates.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical challenges encountered during recording and data capture workflows.
• Ensure secure storage, proper cataloging, and compliant transfer of all data files according to project guidelines.
• Maintain consistent and timely written and verbal communication with the remote customer team.
• Meet all project deadlines while demonstrating flexibility to adapt to evolving project requirements.
• Follow capture instructions precisely during gameplay sessions.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated passion and extensive experience with AAA gaming, including access to required titles.
• Proficiency in gameplay mechanics and the ability to meticulously follow data capture protocols.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, characterized by clarity, promptness, and attention to detail.
• Possession of a high-end gaming PC capable of running and smoothly recording demanding AAA games at high resolutions.
• Experience with gameplay recording or data capture tools is advantageous.
