Job Description

Amdocs proudly presents its 8th annual HackFest 2024, a prestigious coding and hackathon competition for engineering undergraduates in India. Building upon the success of previous years, which have attracted over 10,000 applicants, this year's event anticipates participation from more than 12,000 aspiring engineers from leading Indian engineering colleges. This esteemed competition, running for 45 days, is structured across three distinct phases: a challenging programming round designed to test technical skills; an ideation and prototype submission round where participants will develop innovative solutions to real-world problems; and a final onsite presentation round where finalists will showcase their work to Amdocs executives and industry experts. This hackathon provides an exceptional opportunity for ambitious engineering students to demonstrate their abilities, gain valuable industry experience, and potentially secure full-time employment at Amdocs. Amdocs is looking for talented, creative, and problem-solving individuals to tackle industry-relevant challenges.

Responsibilities

• Responsibilities will be defined upon selection and will involve participation in all three phases of the hackathon: the programming round, the ideation and prototype development round, and the final presentation round. Participants will be challenged to create innovative solutions to real-world problems within Amdocs' industry.

Education Qualification

• Eligible candidates include students pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree in their second, third, or fourth year of study, and students enrolled in a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) program who are in their second or third year.

Skills
