Analyst 1 – Project Management Coordinator – Job Description

Newmark is seeking an Analyst 1 – Project Management Coordinator in Hyderabad, Telangana. This full-time role involves providing crucial administrative and data management support to brokers and managers. The Analyst 1 – Project Management Coordinator will ensure accurate data imports, manage financial contracts, and assist with various project-based tasks to maintain operational efficiency.




Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to brokers and managers.
  • Draft agreements and process invoices accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage marketing material creation and meticulously organize all documents.
  • Perform full data import for each site, ensuring accuracy and verifying information.
  • Retrieve and provide previous rental history, including deal restructuring and escalation details.
  • Organize and manage leases and abstracts for each site, sorted client by client.
  • Create task lists (‘To Do’s’) for newly assigned sites.
  • Assist with quarterly financial reconciliations and ensure data integrity through backups.
  • Handle disposition contracts and submit bills directly to clients on behalf of representatives.
  • Support various projects as required by the team.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or Business Law.
  • Proficiency in PC applications including MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, and MS-Word.
  • Familiarity with computerized accounting systems is a significant advantage.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
  • Proven strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
