• Communicate with potential Cover clients by phone, text, and email in order to reach a 15-minute service level agreement for each new Cover client.
• Provide clients with information on how to buy homeowners insurance, as well as how to work with lenders to guarantee a smooth client experience.
• Use a consultative approach to assist clients in resolving problems and achieving their objectives in relation to home loans, insurance, and house purchases.

• Delivering the greatest customer experience can help you turn prospective clients into Better Cover clients.
• On behalf of the client, make appointments with insurance experts to finish the cover purchasing process.
