Content Support Analyst – Job Description
AlphaSense is seeking a dedicated Content Support Analyst to join our team in New York City. In this full-time role, the Content Support Analyst will be instrumental in expanding and maintaining our content offering, ensuring high-quality data for our users. This position involves research, onboarding, and troubleshooting content issues to provide exceptional support.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and discover new web content sources to enhance the platform’s offerings.
- Evaluate and onboard new web sources for content integration.
- Process content alerts, verify, and upload company presentations and other critical documents.
- Develop innovative solutions for troubleshooting and resolving content-related issues.
- Provide 3rd level support as a subject matter expert for content inquiries.
- Coordinate with content providers and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Monitor content processing states, generate usage reports, and maintain content request logs.
- Create, update, and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for content onboarding.
- Perform quality assurance and control reviews for document categorization and tagging.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- 0-4 years of experience in data entry or data maintenance.
- Demonstrated aptitude and eagerness to learn new technologies and processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, Linear, and Notion.
- Ability to simplify and clearly explain complex technical or content-related issues.
- Experience in creating and documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
