Responsibilities

  • Provide expert consulting to Bloomreach Engagement users via live chat and other communication channels as needed. This includes addressing a wide range of inquiries, such as:
  • * Technical and product questions related to the Bloomreach Engagement platform and integrated technologies (including Shopify, Google BigQuery, and push notification services).
  • * Marketing-related queries encompassing various strategies and techniques (for example, email marketing best practices).
  • * Guidance on report creation, segmentation strategies, campaign development, and data analysis within the Bloomreach Engagement platform.
  • * Efficiently diagnose client issues, guide them through effective troubleshooting, and escalate complex cases to specialized team members as necessary.
  • * Serve as a resource for other consultants, providing support and expertise on advanced use cases and platform functionalities.

Education Qualification

  • * Foundational understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
