CACTUS operates as a remote-first company, fostering a flexible "accelerate from anywhere" work culture. While primarily remote, you may occasionally be required to travel to our Mumbai office to fulfill specific business needs or participate in company/team events. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Process Coordinator to provide crucial support for operational workflows, project delivery, and inter-team coordination. This role is vital in ensuring the seamless and efficient completion of projects. Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for coordinating the various stages of the project lifecycle, from initial translation and subsequent editing phases, through to final client delivery. This involves daily coordination with your team members across numerous projects simultaneously. You will act as a key liaison between internal departments, ensuring the timely progression of projects through each stage of the workflow. This will require strong and effective communication skills, and proactive follow-up with other departments, freelancers, and internal teams. A critical element of this role is guaranteeing the on-time delivery of projects to clients, meeting all deadlines and expectations. You will also assist the team by allocating projects to appropriate translators and reviewers based on their skill sets and project requirements.
Education Qualification
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong multitasking abilities and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of work. They will be adept at managing multiple projects and responsibilities concurrently while consistently meeting stringent deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential. While not mandatory, 0-1 years of experience in an operational or project management role would be beneficial. Proficiency in standard Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required, along with a willingness and ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and tools as needed.
