Job Description

We are actively recruiting for our Client Services department, specifically focusing on our Event Management software product. Successful candidates will become integral members of a team responsible for providing comprehensive support to clients via phone and email regarding Cvent’s Event Management software. Alternatively, the role may involve implementing specific event requirements within the software platform and educating clients on optimal strategies for maximizing the tool’s capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective support to clients via phone and email, addressing their product-related inquiries and offering technical guidance.
  • Share best practice recommendations with clients to optimize meeting attendance and engagement utilizing Cvent’s sophisticated marketing engine.
  • Gather detailed client requirements and feedback to inform future product development and enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation to support users and internal teams.
  • Execute and manage the online components of client events, as needed, ensuring seamless and engaging virtual experiences.
  • Collect client requirements and meticulously implement them within Cvent’s event management software.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, reviewing initial implementations, and implementing necessary modifications based on feedback.
  • Offer strategic recommendations to clients to enhance the overall effectiveness of their event implementations and assist them in achieving their desired goals.
  • Thoroughly document all client interactions and communications within Cvent’s CRM software.
