What you will do
Any skills related to the role
Keep an eye on operational monitoring tools such as ServiceNow dashboards.
Monitor, record, and handle service requests, alerts, and incidents.
To guarantee prompt resolution, adhere to established SOPs and escalation matrices.
Make ensuring that operational procedures and agreed-upon SLAs are followed.
Work together with internal teams to resolve and follow up on incidents.
Keep thorough records of all incidents, actions, and status reports.
As needed, create and distribute operating reports.
Maintain operational continuity and assist with shift handovers.
As per established protocols, escalate important issues as soon as possible.
As part of a rotating shift plan, offer operational support from the office around-the-clock.

Education Required:
- BSC & BA

Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication abilities
Education: B.Sc. and B.A. holders.
