the selected Should have excellent English & Telugu communication with a decent accent
assisting Service Account Managers with account support activities such as provisioning and reporting.
building international connections with stakeholders, clients, and internal cross-functional teams in order to establish oneself as a reliable advisor.
serving as an advocate for our internal and external stakeholders in order to guarantee that the designated deliverables are delivered successfully.
ensuring the prompt and effective delivery of our solutions in accordance with the needs of stakeholders and consumers.
updating internal and external stakeholders on the status of monthly and quarterly objectives and metrics.
meeting KPI goals related to quality, compliance, responsiveness, and proactiveness.
