Job Description

The HRS Learning Admin Analyst position at Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited in Hyderabad is a role dedicated to providing exceptional administrative support for learning and development initiatives, specifically for the North-South Europe (NSE) firm. The primary focus is on delivering high-quality, first-line administrative assistance to the HRS Learning Admin team, ensuring customer satisfaction and aligning solutions with user needs and Practice Support Services objectives. This role involves managing various aspects of the Deloitte Learning Management System, processing reports, handling enrollments and cancellations, distributing training materials, managing post-course evaluations, processing invoices, and ensuring timely and accurate system updates. The analyst will operate within Service Level and Operational Level Agreements, maintain data protection compliance, and contribute to broader team projects. A key aspect of the role is fostering a positive team environment and projecting a professional image of Practice Support Services. The position requires working within specific shift timings from 2 PM to 11 PM.

Responsibilities

  • Add courses and classes to the Deloitte Learning Management System.
  • Process all ad hoc reports.
  • Monitor class course enrollment.
  • Process approvals and cancellations.
  • Distribute electronic training materials and pre-work.
  • Close classes and process post-course evaluations and feedback.
  • Audit and process invoices.
  • Manage internal cost recharges where applicable.
  • Ensure all system-related activities or updates are completed accurately within deadlines and in line with procedural guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with appropriate Data Protection legislation at all times.
  • Contribute to wider projects and initiatives in the Practice Support Services as required.
  • Work within Service Level and Operational Level Agreements.
  • Administer other Learning Admin processes as required.
  • Liaise with other Practice Support Services teams as appropriate.

Qualifications

  • Graduate degree
  • 2-3 years of work experience in learning administration
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office package applications
  • Prior experience in the training and development domain (preferred)
