HR Associate – Job Description

Precisely is seeking a motivated HR Associate to join our dynamic HR team in India. This full-time role will provide essential first-line HR support to employees, manage critical HR, Training & Recruitment activities, and leverage AI tools to enhance HR processes. The HR Associate will work on global onboarding, workflow systems, and exit formalities, contributing to the company’s AI-first strategy by streamlining operations and improving the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the HR system (UKG) for onboarding, offboarding, and employee life events.
• Provide first-level HR support and query resolution for employees and managers regarding HR transactions and life cycle events.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of all human resource files, records, and documentation.
• Manage comprehensive processes and documentation for employee life cycle data.
• Uphold the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive human resource files and records.
• Conduct periodic audits of HR files to ensure compliance and completeness of required documents.
• Address employee requests efficiently via HR ServiceDesk, email, and calls across different time zones.
• Act as a liaison with Recruitment, Benefits, Learning teams, HR Business Partners, and other departments to resolve HR-related queries.
• Proactively solicit feedback and implement solutions to optimize HR processes and service levels.
• Learn to manage and update HR chatbots for enhanced employee self-service and accurate FAQ responses.
• Implement AI-driven solutions and automation workflows to streamline HR operations and improve reporting.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Familiarity with core HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
• 0-1 year of experience in HR operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a strong learning agility.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and work methodologies.
• Exposure to AI tools and automation platforms is considered a plus.
