JOB DESCRIPTION:
- In addition to overseeing and supporting fair value computations throughout the rest of the HSBC Group, the Valuations and Analytics Group in Product Control is a worldwide team in charge of all facets of the computation of fair value for traded instruments in Global Banking & Markets. Bangalore, London, Kraków, and Paris are home to the Product Control (PC) Analytics team. Product Control (PC) Analytics is a centralized specialized quantitative team committed to developing and supporting quantitative tools to improve the control framework for Product Control, Market Risk Management, and the business, as well as ensuring that methods are compliant with new regulations.

the selected Should have excellent English & Telugu communication with a decent accent
●Create and manage automated solutions (Python, SQL, and VBA) to enhance controls and analytical procedures. Create services inside the strategic infrastructure of Product Control. Assist teams throughout Product Control in receiving standardized data in an accurate and proper manner.
Collaborate with the technology division to guarantee seamless deployment and integration.
Assist in establishing cooperative relationships between the engineering team and the business and offer daily support to Product Control users.
Collaborate closely with the Product Control stakeholders to develop solutions that satisfy specifications and adhere to regulations.
Take part in the creation and maintenance of the Citizen Developer framework, a coding environment with reusable and user-friendly components.

Education Required:

Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication abilities
Proficiency with SQL, VBA, Jira, Git, and test-driven development
Python programming expertise and knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts. familiarity with the features of the pandas package
Knowledge of and familiarity with financial data (Trade, Position, Valuations, PnL, etc.)
It would be advantageous to have experience creating microservice-driven system architectures.
graduate of a reputable university with a degree in engineering, finance, economics, or a related field
Proactive problem-solving techniques and strong analytical abilities
Outstanding oral and written English communication abilities
The position does not require prior experience in product control or valuations.
