Eligibility Requirements:
* Candidates must be comfortable and adaptable to working across voice, email, and chat channels, as required by business needs.
* Applicants should possess strong verbal and written English communication abilities.
* A solid understanding of handling customer inquiries is essential.
* While experienced candidates from Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) backgrounds are preferred, freshers are also encouraged to apply.
* We are exclusively hiring candidates from Non-Metro Cities.
* This role involves working in a 24/7 rotational shift pattern, 6 days a week, with one rotational week off.
* The maximum age limit for eligibility is 40 years.
* Both graduates and undergraduates are welcome to submit their applications.
* The maximum salary offered is up to INR 3.60 LPA.
* Immediate joiners will be given preference.
* Applicants must have their own computer system with a reliable broadband internet connection.
